1. Tutoring Services
The Tutor agrees to provide private tutoring services in the subject(s) of:

2. Fees and Payment

5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 2 weeks’ written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

All personal and academic information shared during tutoring will remain confidential and will not be disclosed without consent.
